How our values show up in daily work
Fabric lots are checked for weave and finish, rice lots for grain length, moisture and broken-grain percentage, and every Elite Stays apartment is inspected before a guest arrives.
Every order or partnership is backed by an invoice and a written agreement. Prices and terms are stated up front.
We review each season what sold, what buyers asked for and where service can improve, and expand only where we can keep our standard.
Delivery dates are commitments. If something changes, the client hears it from us first, with a solution.
