From first enquiry to delivery
Every order and partnership follows the same four steps.
Enquiry
Tell us what you need: fabric, rice, or management for your property. We reply with options and pricing.
Requirements & Samples
We confirm specifications, quantities and timelines, and share samples or arrange a visit where it applies.
Written Agreement
Terms are recorded in an MOU or e-stamp agreement with an invoice, so both sides have a clear record.
Delivery & Support
We deliver on the agreed schedule and stay in touch for repeat orders, changes and after-sales support.
